I hope everyone had a wonderful long weekend!!  I am loving the Olympics!!  I will have Olympic clips for you each day this week!! 

Here is the plan for finishing the Peak paper...
Wednesday we will make corrections and begin writing paragraph 4.  Please finish it for homework.  We will write the conclusion ( paragraph 5) in class on Thursday.  I will look at everyone's essay in homework hour on Thursday.  Homework hour is a chance for you to catch up on writing and edits.  Friday in class we will peer edit, read with Google translate, and have reading conferences with me.  The paper will be due on Monday.  I will be at home and on my computer on Sunday, February 25th from 4-7 P.M.  to make final edits,  answer questions, or  help with concerns.  Please email me to let me know you have shared your document with me and want my final input. 

Wednesday, February 21-  grammar 170 and 284 and Peak paragraph 4
Homework:  171, and 285 grammar, finish paragraph 4

Thursday:  Adjective quiz, conclusion paragraph, pass out Sister's Grimm
Homework:  read Grimm, meet with me during homework hour re paper

Friday:  Edit papers, grammar page 286
Homework:  paper due Monday, Chapter 1 Grimm due Monday
